Earth's natural systems
Stage 6 - Geography
Program
The geographical fieldwork undertaken during this excursion supports investigations into the natural processes, cycles, and circulations that shape a wetland environment and its surrounding landscape. Students will test and analyse fieldwork data relating to atmospheric, hydrological, geomorphic, and ecological systems. The fieldwork activities aim to deepen students' understanding of the processes and influences that form and transform wetland environments over time.
